August Astrological Affirmation
The Lughnasadh festival is to celebrate the harvest of grain because many farmers at this time are reaping the great abundance of which they planted in spring. The farmers would begin harvesting early in the morning of Lughnasadh, and the wives would begin making bread to be enjoyed that evening after a hard day of work.

Full Moon in Aquarius Activation Ritual
- Yellow Candle
Full Moon Tip: If it happens to rain on the evening of a Full Moon be sure to collect the rainwater in a jar for future cleansing rituals. The rainwater will absorb the full moon charge and be much more powerful then rainwater from a different time of the moon phase.
1. Create Sacred Space
Approach your space with the intention to let go of any “to-do lists” or “mind chatter”, and enter your divine state in which you become one with the unseen and seen world. Burn your sage to cleanse the space before you begin!
You can do prep work by ensuring your space of choice is clean and organized. Is cleaning your whole room not on your priorities list? Then take this ritual outside under the moonlight 🙂 If you choose to stay indoors, ideally choose a comfortable space next to your altar in your home. At altar during these times should incorporate mostly yellows, oranges, and reds. If you made bread in spirit of LUGHNASADH then you can have an offering plate of Lughnasadh bread to be blessed on your altar as well. This is where you will be setting up your crystals, candles, and any other important items you feel called to intuitively incorporate.
2. Invite your guides, angels, & ancestors
Are you connected to them? If yes, how do you nurture that relationship? If no, would you like to start and begin to feel their support and love?
As you light your yellow candle, state out loud, “I invite my guides, angels, and ancestors to coming forward. I welcome you with this offering (the candle, bread, water, etc.) and give thanks for your support, love, and protection. I welcome any divine wisdom and messages to better assist me in my spiritual growth and overall well being.”
3. Place your crystals around you
For this part, you can decide if you wish to channel these divine messages sitting up or laying down.
If you choose to remain sitting up then place the Angelite & Celestite in your left hand (receiving) & citrine in your right hand (manifesting).
If you choose to lay down then we recommend you place Citrine on the Solar Plexus, Celestite on the Throat chakra, and Angelite on the Third Eye (Forehead).
4. Journal your messages
Once you complete your meditation and engaging with your guides, angels, and ancestors be sure to journal all the thoughts, ideas, advice, and new goals that came forward.
If you didn’t feel you got a message of any kind then simply meditate and refresh the mind for a new day. You may need to work on and nurture the relationships with your guides, angels, and ancestors to the point they feel comfortable giving you messages. Give thanks and continue to build relationships with your guides by giving daily offerings on your altar to them. Examples, giving them small gifts such as a small cup of coffee and biscuits, flowers, water, candles in honor of them on a daily basis.
