How do crystals work?
This is our most frequently asked question and we’re here to give you answers that include scientific-based information. Read on to learn how crystals work to enhance and improve your life in unseen ways!  First, we need to visit a brief Physics 101 lesson; don't worry, we’ll keep it simple on this vastly complex subject. As we all know, everything in the universe is made up of atoms, which contain electrons that rotate at different rates and therefore create vibrations and frequencies. This means that all things vibrate at varying frequencies; living organisms vibrate at high frequencies and inanimate objects vibrate at low frequencies. However, a stunning discovery has been found that gems and minerals are an exception. They appear to be inanimate, yet they vibrate at significantly higher frequencies than non-living objects. We, humans, have our own personal energetic fields that vibrate at remarkably high frequencies. Have you ever felt a “good vibe” from someone? Perhaps you got a “bad vibe” from a certain person or place that you steered clear from. That’s your intuition at work and it’s a critical component to our survival. Your intuition is set in place to protect you from harm and you use it 24/7, regardless of if you’re conscious of it or not. However, it’s wise to become more aware of your abilities in an effort to better understand these intuitive signals and utilize them to your benefit. Remember that one time you just knew you should have listened to your gut, but you didn't? Yeah, us too. It’s okay, mistakes are expected, but imagine if you understood how to trust your intuition more often. Let’s say your energy field has a capacity of 100%—realistically speaking, we rarely experience this full capacity due to day-to-day stress, traumas, and other occurrences. When your energy field is vibrating at a low level, bringing high-energy crystals into your space raises your vibrations and creates harmony within the body.
