This is a two-part event with 30 minutes dedicated to grounding through a wonderful guided meditation, followed by a 30-minute restorative sound bath.

This weekly offering blends gentle guided meditation with immersive sound healing to help you release stress, quiet mental chatter, and return to a grounded, centered state. Through intentional breathwork, mindfulness practices, and the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and healing frequencies, you’ll be supported in dropping into deep rest and inner stillness. 💎🕯️

Whether you’re new to meditation or already have a practice, this session offers a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and reset your energy for the rest of the week.
