Jessica is a seasoned wellness professional, yoga educator, and community builder with over two decades of experience in yoga, energy medicine, astrology, and psychic work. Jessica brings a grounded and soulful presence to spaces and specializes in creating transformational experiences that are powerful yet approachable—whether through leading classes, workshops, and trainings, or managing events and community wellness at our very own Crystal Portal and elsewhere. Jessica’s signature Embody Wellness Yoga Teacher Training and Embody Wellness Reiki Training, as well as one-on-one mentorships, have been known to help countless students connect more deeply with their bodies, intuitive gifts, and the higher realms. A mother of two little ones, Jessica also specializes in kid’s yoga and yoga for women’s health.
