Rob Crowley
The spiritual path found Rob at a young age, setting him on a lifelong journey rooted in yoga, energy healing, and embodied spiritual practice. His exploration has spanned reiki, meditation, astrology, psychic development, and traditional spiritual systems from across the globe, all of which inform his approach to guiding yoga. In 2014, he traveled to Goa, India to complete a 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in traditional Tantrik yoga, deepening his understanding of yoga as a holistic path of body, energy, and consciousness. To balance this lineage-based foundation with a modern, accessible approach, he completed a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Strala Yoga, a fluid vinyasa style that blends yoga with Tai Chi principles. A lifelong meditator and devoted practitioner, Rob weaves together breath, movement, and mindful awareness to support students in reconnecting with their bodies, inner guidance, and sense of wholeness.
Jessica Clark
Jessica is a Tallahassee local who spent eight years in Los Angeles and several other years in various locations around the world studying and working in yoga and the healing arts. She is a seasoned wellness professional, educator, and community builder with over two decades of experience in yoga, energy medicine, astrology, and leadership. Jessica brings a grounded yet soulful presence to every space she holds. She specializes in creating transformational experiences—whether through leading workshops, managing wellness centers, or mentoring students on their spiritual and professional paths. Her signature Embody Wellness Yoga Teacher Training and Embody Wellness Reiki Training, and one-on-one mentorships have helped countless students connect more deeply with their purpose, body, and intuitive gifts.
